The skin is yellow, very smooth and the flesh colour is light yellow. Very prolific. It is a good-tasting potato, also suitable as a medium-hardy salad potato. No discolouration after cooking. It has strong resistance to viruses, but also to fungal diseases (rice rust) and bacterial diseases (scab).
As a non-sprouting variety, it is mainly recommended for casseroles and tube-fried dishes. Yellow fleshed potatoes with a nice even yellow skin. Low loss on cleaning.
