Purpose of treatment
Used in the winery to supplement the acidity (reduce the pH) of musts
in low-acid vintages. In various areas of the food industry, tartaric acid is used as a flavouring and acidifier,
complexing, antioxidant and stabilising effects in various stages of the production process
in various stages of the production process.
Dosage and application
The measured quantity of tartaric acid is dissolved in a few litres of wine and then evenly distributed in the batch of wine to be treated

Storage
